Walther Multi Tac Pro
Once you have the Walther Multi Tac Pro in hand, you'll wonder what you
ever did without one. A relative, who is a member of the armed forces, turned
up last week and I asked him of his thoughts on this knife, so he spent some
time really looking over the features and said it would an excellent knife to
carry on tour because everything this knife offers are things he and fellow
soldiers need! Hi praise indeed from someone who has done a tour in Afghanistan
and has also served in Africa and Canada.
Blade
The spear point, liner lock Blade is made from a 12C27 Sandvik
steel which is more than capable for even the toughest of jobs. The overall length of the knife 195mm and the blade length is 80mm, it weighs 236 grams which for a multi-tool is really quite reasonable. Not too weighty!
Handle
Its rubberized G10 handle ensures a very firm and non slip grip, with added comfort and protection.
Some of the features
that come with this knife are - 3 in 1 universal pliers with a compression force
up to 56kg. A Screwdriver which is magnetized, so you simply flip it out put the magnetized extension on then you
have a choice of 8 different fittings, being 3 cross head screwdriver bits, 3
flat heads and 3 Allan key bits.
It also features scissors,
a bottle opener come file, belt cutter, and glass breaker made of tungsten
carbide. I’d like to point out and highly recommend though, that the blade is closed whilst taking out any of the other tools on this knife just to prevent injury as it can be quite fiddly, but obviously you won’t be using all of the features all at the same time.
The Holster comes with vertical and horizontal belt loops packed in a quality aluminium box.
This is such a great all-rounder,
perfect for taking out on a longer trip or camping holiday.
